Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) Valuations
We provide Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) services in accordance with MFRS 3 / IFRS 3 Business Combinations, delivering a comprehensive allocation of the consideration transferred to the identifiable acquired assets and liabilities at their acquisition-date fair values. Our work involves the identification and valuation of tangible assets, separately recognisable intangible assets, and contingent liabilities using internationally accepted valuation methodologies, including income, market, and cost approaches, as appropriate. We also assess and measure fair value adjustments, recognise resulting deferred tax implications under MFRS 112, and determine the residual goodwill or bargain purchase gain arising from the transaction. All analyses are performed in compliance with IFRS 13 Fair Value Measurement and supported by robust valuation assumptions, ensuring audit-ready documentation and transparent financial reporting outcomes aligned with regulatory and stakeholder requirements.
